These are our return policies:

Change of Mind

With items purchased online or at our stores, within 7 days of delivery to your home, or within 7 days of purchase of selected products, you may return your items for a refund of the merchandise value. Products must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Items must not have been used or damaged in any way.

Products not allowed for refund includes:-

Compounded medications Fridge items Medicines (Prescribed or Over The Counter) Vitamin supplements

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges for changed mind. Returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment; cash purchase refunds over $300 will be issued as a company cheque.

Custom Compound Prescriptions

Contact us immediately if you change your mind. If you contact us before compounded product is made, we will give you a full refund as per conditions above. Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund for any custom compound preparations once they have been made. Custom compounded preparations are made specifically for the individual and cannot be re-used on return for any other person. Any compounded products returned will be destroyed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

For online purchases, we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any faults or damage immediately.
